We support LGBTQ students in making school a safe environment by:

  • Meeting with you at school to provide resources and support.

  • Updating your student database system to reflect your affirmed name and gender.

  • Providing you with information to get you connected with other LGBTQ+ students at school and in your community.

  • Creating gender identity support plans with you and your school

  • Training faculty and staff in how to support LGBTQ+ student equity

  • Developing & supporting gay-straight alliance clubs

  • Providing social/emotional support for LGBTQ+ students and their families

  • Consulting with your school's teachers, staff and administrators on case by case scenarios

  • Creating classroom and school based interventions to promote kindness and respect
